I cut out sugar and startch for a few days and ate alot of fresh vegitables, cayanne pepper, garlic cloves, turmeric and citrus fruit and I drank about as much water as I could and I didn't eat as much and I felt healthier. I felt like my body was alkalyzed, cleaned out and I seemed to think more clearly and feel more alert.
