Sidescroller Mapping Contest - Video Entry

As part of the sidescroller mapping contest over on interlopers.net, i've decided to upload a video of my scripted sequence of this dude running along the level in usual sidescroller fashion. The quality could be so much better, but my video renders all came out wrong. This is the best I could get. Sorry about that.

This was made using the Valve Hammer Editor for the Source engine. Took me about 3 weeks of constant work to get it to this point. Thanks to interlopers for hosting their fine contests. This idea in particular was most interesting to me, which is why I wanted to submit an entry for it. Enjoy!

@Cybermaxke It's actually a pretty simplistic method just using entities found in the editor. It was just a camera that was parented to a func_tracktrain that was following an npc who was scripted to run to specific targets. Unfortunately, i'm not a coder so I couldn't even begin to write a script that makes this a traditional sidescroller.

However, there may be someone who has managed to figure it out and released a code for it by now.
