Yes, it feels damn good! I used to hate pushing my self when it came to endurance..now I am learning to push through the pain.
Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO
okay girl i will try to lose 10 pounds and see what happend give me 2 weeks i hope
