I fail to understand how this idea will fix the illegal immigration problem. You deport all 12 million, and 12 million more will come. You give green cards to all the illegals here and the employers will fire them and hire more illegals. We need tough sanctions on those that will exploit the undocumented and then issue temporary green cards, so that those here can pay taxes and get health insurance. Anything less is a smoke screen devised to get the hate vote.

Let's round them up & send ALL of them to jails, process them, & deport them ALL to their respective countries! my point is that anyone, regardless of race, if is born in American soil becomes American, and is a worldwide fact.... if you take your wife to a vacation and she is pregnant and your kid is born in X country, that kid will have a different nationality, you can naturalize him American , sure, but you got my point, I hope.

No one is allowed to benefit from the crimes of their parents??

If anything , and I say anything because it can be an animal , a person or a thing....is born in any country it becomes part of that one country.

If a person , regardless of race or nationality , gives birth to a kid in American soil that kid IS American , that simple, how can you void the citizenship of somebody who was born in USA?
