One day almost 13 years ago I just decided to fill a VHS tape with me using the internet. I've edited out a lot of even more boring bits of this video, you're not missing much. I've uploaded this to show to friends, but it'd be cool if more people find something they enjoy here.

0:00 I visit #3dfx on IRC
4:17 I show off my old Geocities website
5:18 I check http://bluesnews.com for the latest gaming news
3:57 browsing the anime web turnpike
5:42 more #3dfx on IRC
9:07 I go to IGN64.com looking up news on the upcoming Zelda64

Anipike was the best source of anime media search of that time, whenever you wanted to find a link for an anime stuff that was the place to start searching for, Amazing times.

Also rememeber it was an oddysey whenever I wanted a specefic SNES, NES, SEGA or GB rom, we have to found it searching in a lot of games pages and put fingers it the site had that game. Man I miss those years.

Interesting how we made do quite well with equipment with that was likely orders of magnitude weaker than many current machines, In RAM, Hard Drive Space, and CPU Cycles.

I still have magazines where the writers had 2 12 meg cards in sli mode, and the caption read what are you going to do with all this power. How times change. I miss the old style net.

The Voodoo3 came out in '98 replacing the Voodoo2 and the Voodoo3 became the flagship card.
