The recording is pretty awful.

First 40 seconds eighth graders sang a song with their Kindergarten Buddies. The eighth graders look huge, and oh so mature in contrast to the Kindergartners.

The next part of the video shows Colton playing Franz Gruber. Colton's voice began changing/cracking about a week or two ago. He began to panic about his solo, singing "Silent Night." As soon as the scene started, Colton began a line and his voice went, "SQUEEK!" A few minutes later, he reads the lyrics aloud and is supposed to sing the beginning of "Silent Night." He folds up the paper, gives the music teacher a weird grin, ignores her giving him the opening note, and then doesn't sing, pretending to hum instead. Oh. well. So much for Colton's big solo.

He moves right over to the "directing" the fourth graders, and then the audience in singing "Silent Night."
