do you mean equality? cause equity, i thought, meant the value of property and the claims against it.

equity is the state of being equal. its just very unusual to use the word in this case because its so similar to equality. equality is more describing that its equal. in other counties like England, it is used this way. if you look up Human Equity youll find stuff about it.
