This stretch loosens up your ass muscles to allow you to get into full lotus more easily, practice it for however long you want each day. 5-10 minutes recommended.

  • some people do the lotus like natural... soo this would help the ones who really didnt have a head start? 

  • Full lotus position is very importatn for sports like grappling. I will do it every morning (along with my standard full split stretch).
