In a quick answer: We do cover in the DVD set changing the light as well. Its a preference. In my humble opinion, keeping the light at a fixed place keeps all the shadows, light angles and reflections the same, so reflective materials or objects in the room won't change any "hot spots" that may occur. yeah you and the owner of the house can get in trouble, it does not matter if u have a medical marihuana card w/e , it is illegal to grow and dry and smoke and posses, anything, you can of course get it legaly with ur card but no you cannot grow, you will still get in trouble cuz ur medical card doesnt cover for harvesting i guess
