If We Kiss... A Jonas Brothers Story. Chapter 43

Hiiii :D mouse is being super sneaky and hasn't left her bedroom. That's the great thing about sleeping late, people assume you always do even when you wake up at 9 AM one day and just decide to stay in your room... Rambling.
I decided to put in the whole song this time because it's such a beautiful song. I'm sorry it's so short, but more should be on their way, and I thought this was a perfect place to stop it... Actually, I might just have to wait an hour or two before posting my next one, just to leave y'all in some suspense :D

Summer’s POV. I can’t get over this moment… Nick Jonas just told me he didn’t want to leave me… I can’t believe this is happening… I sigh and blink the tears away that are forming in my eyes. “No… You don’t understand,” I whisper, half hoping that he didn’t hear that. “I do Summer… I really do. I can’t lose you…” Nick whispers back. I feel like my heart is going to explode. Nick’s grip around me tightens. Suddenly my phone starts buzzing in my pocket but I ignore it. “You can pick that up. I just thought of something and I need to make a couple of calls…” Nick tells me. I sigh and take my phone out of my pocket. “Hello?” I say, my voice quivering a tiny bit. I clear my throat to make it go away. “Summer, honey. Are you okay?” dad asks me. “Yeah daddy… I’m fine…” I just really want to stay with Nick but I can’t because he’s leaving to God knows where… I add in my head. I sigh unhappily. “You don’t sound fine honey…” my dad replies. I shrug but realize he can’t see it so I clear my throat instead. “Really… It’s nothing you could change anyway,” I tell him. Nick comes back and takes me in his arms again. This time I sigh a happy sigh and my mood changes almost instantly. He starts kissing my neck and it tickles. I giggle. “Okay, are you okay now? You sound…” my dad hesitates. “Sure, dad!” I squeal because Nick is still tickling me. “Have you been drinking?” my dad asks cautiously. I snap away from Nick instantly. “What?! How could you even think that dad?!” I shriek, horrified. “I’m sorry Summer, but you know I can never be sure when I’m not around you. You know that I trust you, but you sound all giggly and all that, and ten seconds ago you sounded depressed…” my dad tells me. I sigh and shake my head, trying to clear it. “It’s okay dad. But I haven’t. I promise,” I tell him. “Someone just walked over and that made me happy. He started tickling me…” I add, not mentioning that he’s tickling me by kissing my neck and that the he is Nick Jonas. “Okay, well have fun. I was just checking in on you. Do you have any idea when you’ll be home?” I think this over. “Late. I’d like to soak up every minute of this okay?” I ask my dad sweetly. “Sure… Just stay out of trouble,” dad adds with a hint of humor in his voice. I smile. “Thank you. I love you daddy…” I tell him before hanging up. “Love you too darling…” I hang up and Nick takes his lips off my neck. “So who did you need to talk to?” I ask him. “I just called Kevin, and then my mom, and then my dad…” Nick chuckles. I smile and raise my eyebrows. “What did you need to talk to all three of them for?” I ask. “Something very important…” Nick answers me with a crooked smile. I melt on the inside. “Are you going to tell me what it is?” I tease. “Before answering my question, think it over okay?” Nick asks me, suddenly all serious. I look at him confused. “O…kay?” I hesitate. This can’t end well. Nick looks deep into my eyes and I stare back, a smile tugging at the corners of my mouth. “Come with me. You and Brooke. Come with me and my family on our tour,” Nick asks me with such urgency I can barely say no. -----------
