@AkiraSamuray I was referring to the "successful exercice therepies" for Focal Dystonia as she has been a victim of this affliction.

There is as yet no cure for "focal dystonia." But you can get "Botox" shots in the forearm of the affected hand...It will relax your hand so it does not cramp up and cause your fingers to curl up when you play..Unfortunately, the "Botox" shots are very expensive and cost about 900 dollars a shot. So make sure you warm up your playing hand before you play the guitar and do not over practice....At the first sign of pain, stop playing and relax your hands under hot water for a minute or two......

Yes I do. He has a blog at "My Space" you should check out. He now lives and teaches in Florida. I live in Florida also. I used to be a flamenco guitarist until I developed a condition in my left hand called, "focal dystonia." It is a repetition injury. Some musicians can get it. The hand curls up if I touch the guitar strings...I first saw Juan in concert back in 1968. I am 61 now. At 49 I had to stop playing...I used to play Juan's music that my teacher took off the LP's I brought to him.

Thanks! Sorry about the advertising banner across the screen, but the guy wants 35 bucks. I recommend his converter. It's the easiest to use and has a video splitter as well.
