Spiral Dynamics Presented by Dr. Jeanine

Spiral Dynamics was developed by Clare Graves and expanded upon by Dr. Don Beck and Chris Cowen in their book, "Spiral Dynamics." Dr. Jeanine offers her interpretation and experience of Spiral Dynamics and the nine memes or stages on two tiers with Beige, Purple, Red, Blue, Orange, Green on the first tier (1st tier) and Yellow, Turquoise, and Coral on the second tier (2nd tier).

TOTALLY lost me at turquoise, it reminds me of the metaphysical, psychic wannabe type of person. How come she didn't do coral?

@ColdT3a, because Coral was not defined yet, or at least examples of Coral have not really been evolved. Dr. Beck and Graves don't think that anyone is at Turquoise yet. Besides, if anyone actually knows about or understands 2nd Tier (Yellow, Turquoise, Coral) then that would mean that they "are" 2nd Tier and 1st Tier does not like hearing from people whom 1st Tier thinks are "better" than they are. 1st Tier does not understand "integration" which is the main characteristic of 2nd Tier.
