http://www.tweaktown.com CES 2010 We just got done covering the latest TRENDnet home router, but now we move onto the mobile side where these folks are offering up a brand new TEW-655BR3G battery-powered 3G/4G travel router. The device is designed to accept many different USB 3G or 4G modems from various different service providers and share that mobile connection while you are on the go. What is nifty about this product is that it comes with a removable battery that provides a connection for around 1.5 hours. Distributed by Tubemogul.
You are absolutely wrong Mr Trendnet Sales Rep,' Zoom 4506 is battery powered and has been around long before your product was launched. As a matter of fact, your product is a 'knock-off' of Zoom's 4506. Same hardware with your own firmware I guess and the Trendnet branding on the top. Check your facts before you get in front of a camera next time. ;-)

Another piece of gear to lug along? Thanks but that world-popular OS already supports ICS, besides the requirement to run the designated ICS host system (which you'll probably do anyway or else you could just plug the 3G dongle into another system-as-host) it gets the job done without extra cost or gear to take with you.
I also question the cost of having a router likely to stay connected to 3G longer than the auto-disconnect of host systems. IE - longer time online, larger phone bill.

Looks great. I wonder if it'd work with my Bigpond dongle as it needs to be switched from 'Removable Storage Mode' to 'Modem Mode'.
