@blaiseli So true. A skilled teacher who can teach not only the target language but also academic subjects is harder to train. Possible but not as many.

I'm surprised that when they're asking why language learning programs are not available in every school, they don't evoke the problem of money, time and skilled teacher availability.

I never learned english, it came to me the same way as russian did, I went to school in russian and all kids spoke russian, I went to school in America all kids spoke in English.
Same thing with spanish, it every where. The more you know languages the easier it is to learn other natually...This is the way it worked for me... I spoke three languages that my family speaks untill I was 9, than I learned russian, and English when I was 17 which was not that long ago.You can learn many at any age
