Actually today's cars are far safer than those in this video. Yes, even the Prius. Heck, even a joke of a car such as the SMART does better in crash tests than most modern American SUVs and pickups (which still use the same antiquated technology as these pieces of trash being taken out by the train)

this is totally a setup. A train with a lot of speed and momentum, and thousands of cars behind it will obliterate those cars. If a de-railer cant stop a fully loaded half mile long train travelling at 70mph, what makes you think a car will survive? Its just for show, not real.
