Nick and Demi were kissing before either of them knew it. He was laying on his side and she was on her back, while Nick's hand rested on her upper back. He didn't dare move it, even though he would've if he were making out with anyone but Demi.
It wasn't that he didn't want to touch her, or that he was scared to touch her. But he just... he didn't have the urge for her like that. With any other girl, her clothes would've been off five minutes later. He loved her, though. He loved Demi, and he didn't want anything else but to be with her.

Taylor and Selena were back to their old selves in the matter of a day. They were taking a shower together one night, when Abigail knocked on the door.
With wide eyes, Taylor pulled away from Selena and hollered, "What, Abby?"
"I need to pee!"
Selena bit her lip and stepped out of the shower curtain, pulling a towel around herself as she crawled into the closet.
Abigail walked in, did her business, and before she exited, said, "Oh, and Selena, you should really get out of the closet. That can't be comfortable." With a small laugh, Taylor's sister shook her head and left them alone.
Shocked, Selena walked out of the closet and looked at Taylor with big eyes. "She's smarter than we give her credit for."
Laughing, he nodded. "She is. Now, get in here." He pulled her in and pushed her against the wall, kissing her roughly.

"It was so nice to meet you, Elizabeth." Selena hugged the woman gently, feeling tears sting her eyes. She squeezed them shut so the tears wouldn't roll down her cheeks. "We'll be back to visit soon, I promise."
She smiled back and patted Selena's arm. "Tell me if my son doesn't treat you right. I'll beat his ass!"
"Trust me, mom, I will." Taylor wrapped an arm around his fiancee's waist. "Abbs?"
His little sister made her way into the living room, holding a small envelope. She shakily handed it to Selena before hugging her and Taylor goodbye.
Once in the van, Selena curled into the passenger seat and tore open the envelope to read the letter Abigail had wrote.
Selena, please take care of my brother. He's a lot weaker than you think, believe me. He's been hurt a lot, too, even though he probably won't admit it to you... or anyone, really. I don't know when I'll see you guys next. It could be forever from now, and I wouldn't know. We never see Taylor a lot, since he got that job in New York. What's his job anyway? He never told us how he got so much money. Anyway, I really really love my brother. And since I probably won't see him for another few years, I want you to take care of him while I can't because I know you'll be with him forever. Don't tell him I love him, though, okay? That's embarrassing. Love, Abigail.
Selena was crying instantly. Tears from her cheeks dripped onto the letter, smearing the words on the paper.
"Hey, hey, what's wrong?"
Shaking her head, Selena folded up the letter and put it back in the envelope. "We're coming back here as soon as we can, Taylor."
"Believe me," he said with a small, mysterious smirk, "we won't have to."
