yay it looks like you got some bad coments guys go into your pic library and right click the pic you want and go to the top and click to choose like wallpaper or right click your desktop and go to the bottom and select personalize click my pics and validate the modification there you go !

@RecklezzGamerz it really sucks!!! I have a netbook that has windows 7 starter, removing personalization options was very stupid I downloaded a program the first day =P

@RecklezzGamerz Windows 7 starter does not allow that option, so you have to download a tweak to change the background, otherwise you're stuck with the windows logo.

Or... You could just go to google and save the picture you want, and then press "Use as background wallpaper" ...
