  • good video. im 12 and trying to build muscle. would you recomend this workout for a 12 year old?

  • @creativetutorials87 Bit young to be working out mate, would suck to stunt your growth.

  • @Graciefighternz doing Bodyweight workouts at 12 years old will NOT stunt your growth. BIGGEST MYTH OUT THERE - It will actually help to increase growth in the bones. No need for weights and complicated movements though. - Funk

  • @creativetutorials87 Hey Creative, I would recommend that you definitely play sports but it doesn't hurt to do push ups and sit ups once in a while as it WILL NOT stunt your growth. It will keep your bones strong as you start to grow and help you to have the strength for whatever sport you choose. - Stay Active and make sure you are eating healthy plus drinking lots of water! - Funk

  • @marcroops I have 2 boys, one is 6'4" at 22yrs old and the other is 6 ft and is 15 years old and they have been doing push ups and sit ups since they were young, so keep with teh basic bosyweight movements and you will be fine. STAY ACTIVE THOUGH!
