@bitchiecupcake The major staple hair styles of the 40's did not include a full fringe, it was more common in the 50's and the 60's.

@RebeccAcoustic you were mis-informed on that one hun. Most women had rather thick fringes. picture bette davis, joan crawford, dorthy graehm, etc. but u are right you can do it without one.
