Oh such glorious freedom there is, to stand naked before God on Judgment Day and say "Pull my finger."

No greater affliction does man suffer from than shame.

Yet, shame is an artificial emotion. It has no bases in reality. It serves no purpose. It has no cause. It is rooted in the imagination and does not survive outside of it. It lives in darkness and quickly dies when brought into the Light. It is the cause of most our pain and yet is removed as easily as a dream .....by simply awakening.
