Thailand Drug Baron GEROME CHIKE OBINABO is the root cause of the Nigerian community of Thailand proesting at the Nigerian embassy to the point that the ambassador had to be pulled out of his office to address numerous "embarassing problems". The Nigerian embassy consular accused of corruption and malfeasance is YOMI BAMGBELU.
Pressure increased on the peaceful Nigerian community as Nigerians were kidnapped or involved in "accidents" with bullets. Honest import/exporters are experiencing difficulty due to the actions of drug trafickers. The protest started at 10am hoping to hand a letter to the ambassador and leave but the embassy staff refused to accept the letter regarding serious violations of human rights against Africans in Thailand.
After singing "We shall overcome" and chanting "JERRY MUST GO! YOMI MUST GO!" for 2 hours the tune of the protest turned to "JERRY MUST DIE!" and the letter was then forcibly delivered.
Nigerians are being upset by the negative image created by an evil drug baron from Nigeria who claims to work with the FBI who are based at the US embassy in Bangkok. He also claims to work for the Thai narcotics police and arranges for honest people to be arrested. This rogue Nigerian also claims to be working with the Nigerian embassy - angry Nigerians demanded that the ambassador answers regarding links to this alleged drug baron, why is he given a Nigerian passport? Why is he not arrested? The answer is simple and it also explains why the Nigerian drug pipeline in Thailand flows uninterupted 24/365 and that is Prince Jerry's long queue of petty Nigerian hustlers to be used as scapegoats often by planting drugs on them and handcuffing them. These criminals have not only little respect for Thai law but wrongly attempt to enforce their own laws.
This Nigerian who calls himself "PRINCE JERRY" has reportedly caused many of his brothers to be wrongly jailed for crimes that they did not commit whilst Jerry and his boys move tonnes.

The ambassador has refused to address the issue of Nigerians having their passports taken and ending up in the Immigration Detention Center without the necessary papers for deportation. Others reported that there were agents and embassy staff seeking tea money that would normally be expected but at the amount the officers reportedly requested it would be some very rare oolong.
The Nigerian ambassador was forcibly taken from the embassy after refusing to listen to complaints for over a year. The Nigerian community including Uche, Pastor Phillip, Pastor Cosmos and Mr Kudos all read the list of complaints against the embassy that have arisen mainly due to the "turning a blind eye" to a drug baron involved in both human and drug trafficking.
PRINCE JERRY CHIKE has a real name and it is GEROME CHIKE OBINABO, these people are very elusive and have a long list of aliases.
The Nigerian ambassador has promised to answer all the questions regarding diplomatic "misunderstandings" whereby rogues are being "allowed" to pose as working for the FBI, Thai Police and the Nigerian Embassy whilst extorting, smuggling dealing and numerous other underground activities.
YOMI has been accused of numerous charges ranging from late night meetings in Nana with dubious beings to soliciting bribes and refusing to help fellow Nigerians that had their passports taken from them and replaced with passports of usually other African nations, one poor Nigerian was duped into believing he had won a lottery run by a Thai man to win Norwegian nationality - although the passport was real and sent from Norway it was clear that he was neither Norwegian nor the rightful owner to the document. The Nigerian embassy staff have been accused of failing to issue the necessary documents needed to process these Africans who are trapped in Immigration detention centers which in turn creates a huge burden on the Thai authorities that are supporting an estimated 6000 Africans in detention. In fact the last deportation of Nigerians from Thai cells was in 2003 when Ambassador Tunde Shodipe and Steve Agbana a senior diplomat and consular officer at the embassy in Bangkok, repatriated 237 prisoners.
