Skykeep Moblin strat

Uploading for Paraxade. Big thanks to Mzxrules for providing and converting his NTSC save to PAL so I could do this. I'm demonstrating what I believe to be the fastest and most consistent strat in this room. However, its still segmented only. Its possible to knock both Moblins off the edge. However, its extremely annoying, awkward and would involve luck manipulating the Moblin at the back of the room so he comes far enough forward to knock him off the edge. This is why I run towards the second Moblin to ensure he'll come closer to me after I've killed the first one. Compared to Paraxade test run of segment 74. This is at least 3 seconds quicker.
