Hold on there, They are not junk. Hundreds of thousands of people use thos trucks every day. Weather it is surplus or still in the military. Plus when you ad the fact that some of those trucks are over 20 years old and still alive and kicking makes it a very good truck.

Motor junk my ass! that thang might idle a little rough, but it sounds purdy good! and it still holds up! so it ain't junk unless its a cracked block or fucked up head! or if ur loosing ur compression and its going to the bottom!

Unlceben03: Actually most all of them that are getting sold here run very well. Some of them have been rebuilt so they are like brand new. If it is painted tan it is definitely a good one. All I can say is come look at them all and run the one you want before you buy. Good luck!

Thanks for the expert advice, there is a reason we use this truck for recovery training, because the engine is shot.
