Combo: Bowser/B Dasher/Golden Wheels/Peach Parasol.
Two days ago I would never have believed that I would've beaten this ghost, but after yesterday's time trialling I knew I could. And I did (end results pic: http://i1133.photobucket.com/albums/m598/wimmi/rRR.jpg). 8-)
I made several small mistakes, but none big enough to deprive me of the win. 8-D (Mistakes: Lap 1 - none big enough to mention, Lap 2 - not drifting over the ramp which cuts some of the track, Lap 3 [defo the hardest lap when TT:ing this track] - no trick on the ramp after the first two thwomps, no trick before the third thwomp.
I can still improve, but the sub 1'15 will be quite difficult to pull off...
