Song #217: The Strokes - You Only Live Once Acoustic Cover [PROJECT365]

I had a couple songs in mind today, but decided to look into more Strokes music. There are quite a few songs I had in mind, but didn't remember a lot of the titles, so I searched for some of the videos. I came across this one, which wasn't one I was thinking of, but remembered immediately. One of those awesome songs I somehow forgot. What a catchy tune!

I decided to give it a go and it proved to be a nice challenge. It's not the easiest to sing with the rhythm, but I think I did okay job, even though it's quite messy. I really like the solo-y bits, but couldn't incorporate it in this cover because I felt it'd be too empty without the rhythm guitar and bass. Plus, the strings on my guitar tend to get out of tune on big bends. Ah well. Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
