how are you able to race that car you bought against other cars... i have denny's and i race against gt cars and vitz.... really that isnt good...

@datsunmudder Up to 16 if you want to have different drivers in identical cars. (there is a 13th car, the Joey Logono Chrome)

Kiryu, if you don't mind. I'm thinking of buying GT5 tomorrow. But would just like to know a crucial thing. Can you race with all 43 cars on track at the same time? As in real life. Because I noticed in this video there were only like 10 opponents.
And I saw another video of gameplay in Nascar in GT5 and the cars went 385 km/h!
Which is crazy. A Nascar can't do that. It goes around 320 km/h, and only at the fastests tracks like 'Dega...

@jockejocke1 Unfortunately you cannot race with 43 cars on track. There are only like 11 or 12 NASCAR cars in the game, that's why there are only 12 cars on track when racing with them. Yet, the Daytona races are very intense but also difficult because the AI is very aggressive with the bump drafting. The speeds are ridiculous, but it seems like they designed the cars the way they could go without any technical regulations as well as restrictor plates.

@jockejocke1 Also, because you don't have to think about engine tempreature and stuff like that, they can go this fast. I'm not a big fan of it either, at least you only drive like 380 km/h with draft. Without it's about 320 km/h, which comes close to Bill Eliott's and Rusty Wallace's speed record, as far as I know. But you really wouldn't see those speeds in an actual race.
