Includes a wall air conditioner, a portable evaporative cooler and a burn proof area heater. There is plenty of parking right out front on the quiet, low traffic, street. There is a security screen door, a large shade tree, and a 300 sq ft private concrete patio. Some furniture can be provided if needed.
