Prey or serious sam. One bullet in the head is the best.

That is so weird-- I actually was just today choosing between this and Prey. I went with Prey because I knew there existed a native Linux installer for it (which works perfectly btw). I had no idea Serious Sam games did too... Perhaps I will get this one as well.
Anyway--great video, great channel. 'subbed!

Oh, additionally, if you have a CPU with frequency scaling, make sure you set it at the highest frequency and leave it for the duration of the game. It helps with audio skipping, and sometimes the game will crash upon loading without setting the CPU to a set frequency.

All Serious Sam games never make it out of beta for Linux, just due to support issues. After a few tweaks, it works fine, in fullscreen, at widescreen resolutions. However, LinuxNativeGaming should probably disable Compiz before playing any OpenGL game. It gives a significant performance boost, and there are scripts out there to switch to metacity or other for the duration of the game.

@vladwilliam Works on my Nvidia 8200m on medium settings. So no, it will work on a pretty low-end card. Biggest thing is just disable shadows.
