"If only one little millionaire would come into our sites & settle all our debts!"

The year thatI was born.

Barbara Eden as Loco, no wonder she appeared on "I Dream of Jeannie" the science fiction and fantasy stuff always had its own crowd. Colt .45, we just no longer see that; the dictators of the world hate Americans having a national security entangled with "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Mexico gives its citizens the right to the blunderbuss, 18th century, and then hates Americans when their people cross our border with American firearms into Mexico.

I sure am glad I wasn't born then with all those stupid shows on. Westerns non stop. BLECK!

I would have liked to have seen the Complete "Woody Woodpecker" intro with' creator Walter Lantz that was syndicated to baby boomers for a decade (and revived on NBC Saturday morning in 1971)

Looking at these intros of 1957 TV shows has reaffirmed my belief that we had more and better entertainment on just 3 networks in the 50's and 60's than we do now with 200+ channels today. Oh those good old days!!

Barbara Eden was one of the most attractive actress on tv.

Wonderful shows, almost all the performers are gone now. Barbara Eden was so freaking gorgeous...they don't make them like that anymore.
Wow, I'm trying to figure out how many yards of material were used to make Dinah Shore's circle skirt and then the layers and layers of crinoline petticoats underneath the skirt. She looked lovely.
