Your GC conures are so cute. Is it super loud to keep more than one green cheek conure? I read that having one green cheek conure is fine if you live in an apartment, but it seems like it would be lonely for the bird because I am away all day--Do you think two green cheek conures would be too loud for someone who lives in a townhouse?

Yes, it is louder to have three but overall it really depends on the birds. I live in a basement apt. and the people above me said they have never heard them. They tend to make noise in the morning but other than that they are fairly quiet. That being said I would hear the scream of an adult and use your own judement. I wouldn't suggest getting a parrot if you do not have the time to devote to it, this will only result in a bird that screams for attention or worse.

A side note: If you can afford the bigger cage and can properly care for two then that would be a better idea then one, but the birds will probably be less affectionate towards you. If they are spending a lot of time in cage make sure its the biggest you can afford. They also need at LEAST 1 hours of out of cage time DAILY. A dark cover at night will also help with the morning calls. If you have any questions just drop me a message.
