A new series of MUGEN videos that are not retarded!

I present, MUGEN Challenges, inspired by KOF XI & 2002 UM's challenge mode, where there are specific conditions or objectives to win!

First challenge is, beating the crappy Rugal_E by evilslayerx5 (the vatican is out to get him, you see) by using ONLY Scrooge McDuck's jumping pogo attack.

I wonder how ESX is gonna shit himself this time. Aside from the inevitable "have my new poorly coded shitheap beat up on KOD's next public release when he comes out" there's no way he can have a temper tantrum against a character he doesn't have. Even more so since it isn't based on any fighting game so he can't throw around his favorite buzzwords.
