The modern Turkish Army has its foundations in remnants of the Ottoman forces after the Armistice of Mudros at the end of World War I. When after the rise of Turkish resistances (Kuva-yi Milliye) in Anatolia, Mustafa Kemal and his colleagues formed the Grand National Assembly (GNA) in Ankara on April 23, 1920, Kâzım Karabekir's XV Corps was the only corps which at that time had any combat value[8]. On November 8, 1920, the GNA decided to establish a standing army (Düzenli ordu) instead of irregular troops (Kuva-yi Milliye, Çerkes Ethem's Kuva-yi Seyyare etc.).[1] On August 26, 1922, the Army of the Grand National Assembly[9][10] (Büyük Millet Meclisi Ordusu)

Außerdem hat die Türkei die 6. stärkste Armee der Welt (aktuell)
Israel belegt platz 9 und Deutschland 13. Platz.

@onkelz006 gott du bist ja das grösste stück scheisse des universums.wieso sollten die usa und die türkei jemals krieg führen.ihr deutschen seit ein piss gegen die usa das wurde 2 mal in der geschicht bewiesen.im gegensatz zu uns türken seit ihr deutschen ein nichts.2000 millarden schulden und über griechenland ablässtern.typisch deutsch.ihr werdet immer ärmer und älter. das ist fakt.die türkei wird nie der feind der usa sein aber das hättet ihr drecksdeutschen gerne.ihr feiglinge
