Misingno. eats the souls of wild Pokemon. The wild Pokemon that has had its soul eaten will turn black and has part of a Missingno.'s soul instead so it will eat souls of whatever Pokemon it sees and will folow it around. When talked to the infected Pokemon will start melting and anything around it will melt too.
