There are cooldowns where Dave will plug Body Combat. That means EVERY time you redo HIIT power you get to experience that over and over.. It's exactly what killed Rush fit with it's 1 warm up and cool down. Could be so much better....

I personally found this to be intensly frustrating. I'm actually a Muay Thai fighter, using this to get back in shape after not fighting for a few months. The music drawns out whatever they are yelling at you. It's easier just to copy their movements. It's painfully repeditive, I quickly became bored, losing motivation to go on.
