National Defense Authorization Act puts more than 600 billion more dollars towards defense for fiscal year 2012, an amount in itself that deserves questioning, and yet never gets it. But what deserves to be highlighted even more this year is of course a bill that codifies into law, indefinite military detention, even making it legally justifiable for US citizens. Alyona addresses specific concerns and arguments that we've seen.

Well, I not entirely sure I can buy this one. Civil Liberties, Human Rights for terrorists or suspected terrorists. I think what isn't said is discussion about stupid military leaders and huge flaws about fact finding in our "intelligence" network.
