@hecliffthecat My Compressor is old worn out and barely works,, cfm??? With the age of this thing probably 1.5, it's supposed to be a 5hp, but by the age and how long it takes to fill up=probably a 2 hp by now........ It's a real shame that my friend pete has to work like a dog and can't even afford a NEW AIR COMPRESSOR!!!!

Gday Pete, do you prime everything in epoxy primer? Do you use rust products like POR-15 for any of the wheel arches etc?

Im currently at the beginning of rebuilding and modernising a MK1 Ford Transit. Ive never done bodywork before and im getting so much conflicting advice its not funny.

@PJgearhead On the inner fenderwells, and hard to reach places I use a similar product like por-15 that is sprayable, as the rest of the car, I either have it soda blasted or sand blasted, depending on which part it is. The frame I have and underside of the vehicle I would have it sandblasted, The top overall of the car I would have it soda blasted. If there is no rust at all, I will hand strip it with airplane stripper, then go frome there. Yes I epoxy prime everything. Pete

Hello Pete watched all your ghia vids what kind of cost are you looking at to have you do a compleat resto on a ghia . ball park ?? I know you cant quote a project without seeing it using the 2 you have done what would you avrage
