3:31 is so strange when timed with this song. But I don't see it happening. I mean I'd love to see Sheldon have at least some degree of emotional normality, but I think the writers have made their mind up with Leonard and Penny. I think there's a good chance of romance between Sheldon and Leslie. I can just imagine her calling him a dumb ass, Sheldon retorting and then she caves in with an 'I've always admired you from afar' comment, the awkward pause and then throwing themselves at each other.

I'm just not warm to the whole Sheldon/Leslie thing. It's so predictable and forced and I don't like the chemistry between the two actually. It's more because they hate each other that people seem to jump on the whole love/hate thing. It just seems that the scene you described will eventuallyhappen and that is really boring to me. Anyone could write for the show then because we all see it happening! I'd rather see Leslie with someone like Howard or Raj. Now that would be unexpected!

No... not ASAP. What I've enjoyed most of all so far in the show is watching Sheldon and Penny grow as friends, however slowly, but surly, even without them realizing what's happening. This is the one thing I hope the writers will expand on, but not rush into. ^^ Sheldon and Penny are adorable together, they have the best scenes, and I hope that continues. <3

i think what should happen is that later on in the series..like season 5(hopefully it will go on for like s10!)..anyways..like further down the line..sheldon develops feelings for penny..the seires should lead to charc development but i highly doubt penny choosing sheldon in the end cos u knw how sitcoms are..cliche...the whole ross and rachel from the very begining thing...

Agreed, Sheldon's character has the most potential for personal and emotional growth, but they could easily ruin that if theyre not carful. Leslie would seem forced, to the point of feeling like a crappy fanfic you read in the middle of the night cuz you couldnt sleep and now wish youd have just gone to bed and never read it. I dont think she is the kind of person who would invoke any kind of growth or epiphanies for him. Nothing she has, or is, seems eye opening, not for him anyway.
