This is an alternate mix of Pink Floyd's classic "Young Lust". The intro came from an Italian B-side to Another Brick and the outro (without the phone call) came from The Wall promo album released to US radio called Off the Wall. Copyright is owned by Pink Floyd Music Ltd/Roger Waters Music Ltd

I thank the good Lord that there are alternate mixes of songs out there. This version of "Young Lust" with extended intro is superior to the version on the album. Also the outro is great without the phone call at the end. Today The Wall is 30 years old from its initial British release. Its US release was December 8, 1979 as PF were on two separate record labels at the time.
Thanks! This was a unique edit. The Italian 45 of Another Brick (pt. 2) had this song as flip side instead of One of My Turns. Strange to hear the end without the telephone conversation and the intro with extra drum beat and extra guitars from the master David Gilmour.
This first appeared on the promo album Off The Wall and then as a flip side to Another Brick (only in some territories) and lastly is on A Tree Full of Secrets. I'd like to see the full version appear on a 30th Anniversary Edition of The Wall but who knows. I can see it with What Shall We Do Now then the drums to Lust kick in and then bang into the track and end cold and have the phone operator on its own.
