  • You have a brilliant voice - ever tried singing any Louis Armstrong? :)

Could you tell a novice what a 'KBM/KVM' is? Also, can you use this as a screen only, ie, does the 27" computer actually turn off?

  • on a non-apple keyboard, the "command" button equivalent is the "windows" button, not "alt" so that may be why the "alt+F2" buttons didn't work to switch the displays.

  • i don't see a reason to buy a cinema display now lol

  • @HDGamingRoom i would think so

  • Can you do this on the new 2011 model?

  • Very informative video. Thanks.

  • just a tip use synergy to connect mouseand keyboard

  • Does this work in Vice versa as in using your Imac as your main computer and a laptop as the external monitor to be used as a mixer window or anything else

  • You should probably use "teleport" software to use just one set of mouse / keyboard for both of your computers:

I guess I am not allowed to paste addresses here?

abyssoft dot com or just google "teleport mac"

  • Great video and thanks for the comment about trying to go from DVI to Mini Display. That is exactly what I was going to try to do.
