Doing the math, Kane was born on May 11, 1989 according to survivorjunkie, which made him 19 as of the time he sang this.
Kane really surprised me with his talent! He's great!

What is it with Philly's Hall of Fame sportscasters who are no longer with us?
It seems that they have kids who really can sing!
(Although I adored Harry, he couldn't sing worth a lick!) ;-)
