THE CHI LITES AND EUGENE RECORD WERE THE MOST PEACEFULL AND MOST GOSPEL MUSIC THAT BOUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES EVERYTIME I HEARD THEIR SAD MELODIES. SO POWERFULL THEY SANG, AND THE SOUNDS OF LONELY, SO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE ARE LONELY, THIS SONG REMINDS ME OF SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE.MAY YOUR MUSIC LIVE FOREVER. PEACE

This great (love lost) ballad is so sweet and peaceful, gives me a lonely feeling like "I might as well be a hobo on a railroad track". Listen and feel the lyrics, it permeates your whole being. Damn, this talented group is #1 any way you cut it. Love, Peace. Thanks for posting this gem.

This is another master composition of the great Eugene Record, the harmony, the lyrics and the orchestrational background arrangement stands the hair upon my whole body when I listen. I'm so glad I was around in the 70's to hear and appreciate great music like this. RIP Eugene, your music and spirit will live on forever, Thank You Sir!
