Little messabout on my customized Ibanez RG7321. Nothing stellar, this was filmed last year so its quite old, I just thought I'd upload something new(sorta).

Basicaly I bought a stock RG7321, and added a bareknuckle painkiller pickup in the bridge, custom blue swirl scratchplate, gold hardware along with gold Sperzel trim-lok tuners. Sounds and looks way better now.

Points for anyone who recognises the badly played riffs.

  • Hey what bridge is that? And can you get the same one in black?

  • @killerappliance666 It's from a site called 'All Parts', and yeah you can get them in black.

  • @RossWildish Is it basically the same as the ibanez stock bridge but better quality? A saddle on mine broke and i need to be certain the bridge fits/has all the screw holes if i get a new one

  • @killerappliance666 You should be able to get individual saddles, either directly from Ibanez if you contact them, or from another company. All Parts do individual saddles I think, however the whole bridge that I got required extra drilling as the holes didn't line up. The quality isn't noticeably better than the Ibby bridge that was on there. I'd have a look at some Graphtec saddles. Good quality replacements.

  • @RossWildish Ah man, its been a nightmare getting my bridge sorted! Ordered the original Ibanez one from some dude in America but he said i'm gonna be waiting at least 2 months for it. Problem is that the original saddles are narrower than most, graphtech and many others are too wide by millimeters, making my life very difficult haha would go for the all parts one but i don't fancy drilling extra holes!

  • @killerappliance666 Ah that's a pain in the ass. You should be able to get different sized saddles from graphtec though I imagine?

  • @acompres Hey man :) Definitely worth it, I have a Prestige 2027x now as well, and the 7321 is on par with that. It may not have as high quality woods or construction, but the painkiller makes it sound 10x better, the sperzels improve tuning stability and everything else makes it look better than boring old black. I might replace the scratchplate, but otherwise I'm extremely pleased with this. Its made a £300 guitar stand up against others several times its pricetag. They're good modding bases.

  • hey man! :) Aeonsolus from ss.org here, i'm being offered a NOS 7321 that has been in it's box since 2006-2008 or so, inmaculate condition for just 240! do you think it was worth it to do the upgrades? because with the sole upgrades themselves you could buy another 7321! haha!

  • @MrAlcatrazDick Really? They've made a custom scratchplate for me and another guy for use on RG7s they should still have the template.

  • @RossWildish I sent em an email earlier asking about doing a custom order and they said they couldn't match the dimensions. I"m getting the same guitar in a few weeks and i wanted to customize it but so far no luck on finding any places. Thanks on the heads up though.
