i guess cutting them might make it turn to somthing maliginant as in iritation right?

I usually just cut them off with scissors or toe nail clippers, it doesn't hurt but it makes you wanna scratch it. If you do this, it won't grow back in that spot.
i have one on my neck...... its discusting i dispise it i want it off NOW its nasty ill i feel like a..... i dont know but its just nasty
