Inspirational video - Appreciate everything you have in life

A day spent with some inspirational young men, who push forward in life and challenge themselves to be great, despite very unfortunate circumstances.

I was invited to attend the premiere of "Life in a Day" at Sundance Film Festival this year, and in the spirit of the film, when the opportunity came up to spend a day in the life of some wounded US Marines, I wasn't going to miss it.

This is an amazing day I got to spend in Park City, Utah.

I can't believe how many of my friends keep complaining about everything that happen to them. Like if being rejected by a guy was a good reason to commit suicide, geez. What's wrong with young girls these days.

anyway, I wish I was like these guys, they don't give up and keep going as if nothing happened. Have a nice day.

Great video, thanks for sharing. In my personal experience, nothing makes people more happy than helping out at charity places like this. It's so incredibly rewarding and keeps you grounded, reminding you what really matters and how lucky you are. The people are often kind, courageous and inspirational. A lot of people with disabilities like this who are looked after at centers get hardly any visitors and love having people to talk to, it wouldn't be hard for you to make their day.
