TRX "Rip Curl". This one is best executed when you learn the progressions and earn your right to progress. Start sideways to the anchor- feet shoulder width and begin the movement, then progress to a pivot from the back heel. Next make the outside or "base" leg dynamic by adding a step- first stepping in toward the anchor, then out away from the anchor with the movement. Next, start to change the bar path from linear to circular. When you have learned each of these progressions and perform them flawlessly, challenge yourself by progressing the single step into in ice skater for max muscle recruitment. Rip it up!!
