Interesting vid on Google searching. One small thing Robert, as an expert on geneAlogy why do you pronounce the word as 'genie ollergy' all the way through, when word is properly pronounced 'genie allergy'.

I'm planning to research my family tree over the summer and currently know very little about how to do it. Can you recommend a software package that helps you to organise all your photos and information?

Well...it really depends on the current information you have and how much money you have available.
I personally use Family Tree maker although other people use Legacy or PAF (Personal Ancestry Finder). I suggest that you do some research on those ones.
