  • very good cardio exercise! Thanks !

  • good stuff. when I started the hop on the 4th exercise, my leg lost it. had to stop and replace what was left with another jog instead. Will keep trying though! thanks

  • @BayanAreef Thank you alot! I will do this antime in my freetime!

  • @Jimaruto Short and intense workouts should actually help your body gain muscle due to the signals it gives your body (too technical). You should do this sort of cardio AFTER weight training, never before, because you'll lose the energy you need to pump the weights. Check your diet and make sure you can feel the burn in your muscles with your weight training. Good luck =)

  • @1Arky1 Do this workout once, then wait for your heart rate to get to your resting heart rate, then do it again, keep doing that for a total exertion of 10 - 12 minutes (the routine 5 or 6 times). You'll see in a couple weeks that the time it takes for your heart to return to its resting rate will shorten and that you'll need make it harder each session. Do this everyday AFTER any weight training you do or in the morning on an empty stomach. It'll get rid of fat fast! Keep me posted =)
