On November 14th during UK Enterprise Week, 100 phenomenal women took take part in 10 simultaneous interactive afternoon tea discussions.
Seeking practical and creative solutions to improve the UK's enterprise economy along the key themes of Prosperity + Passion + Power
A high profile media event in prestigious venues: the British Film Institute, House of Lords, House of Commons, RSA, V&A. and David Cameron's office at CCHQ. The 100 women are all successful leaders from a wide range of sectors, professions and backgrounds.
Their recommendations will help shape Government policy. Outcomes are passed straight to Parliament then followed up at the second stage of the Summit in January 2008.
The Enterprising Women Summit is organised by the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Entrepreneurship and the Pink Shoe Club.
