This is the cutscene at the end of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. if you refuse to become part of C-Consciousness and jump through all the Monolith bastards and teleporters.

Actually, wish-granter is just messing with your mind, it never remove the zone or made you blind. Wish-granter gives that dream right before it erases your mind and makes you a drone for C-Consciousness.

All wish-granter endings are bad endings.

When I first finished this game, I got a bad ending and thought that the wishgranter was made by aliens or something, but now just few weeks ago I read the whole STALKER story from STALKER wiki and understood everything. It's kind of funny to finish a game and not know what just happened, then go to internet and read all about it. xD

I can't wait what STALKER 2 is gonna bring.
