@biggerdouchebagjones, if they ever do a movie on Mario Cuomo, Kevin Spacey would be the natural fit. The only thing Spacey needs in a New York Italian accent.

Such a memorable, captivating speech. Been a Cuomo fan eversince. Shame he didn't run for president! Thanks so much for posting. Every convention since, I think of this speech.

It is terrifying to listen to some of what Cuomo said and have it sound as if he is talking about right now (for instance the part about heads of companies making millions while shipping jobs overseas) in 2009 and then realize this speech was made over 16 years ago.
